There's always next season though. There's some good youngsters coming through...

I cannot believe people are moaning about this!?

Its a fantastic honour for Tilly and the club PLUS Tilson can only improve from the experience in my opinion.

Well done to Tilly!

I'm at the match tonight having being given free tickets from work, happy days!

I don't welcome this development.

I'd much rather Tilly's profile remained under the radar. Being involved with England U-21s may give him the type of profile (and pedigree to appease the fans) that would interest a club big enough to tempt him away.

Also good Publicity for our Club…….

COME ON YOU SHRIMPERS

You hit the nail on your head there, too right & its great for SUFC to have this sort of publicity. This will help to get England U21 players on loans or signed on full contract (if they cannot get into their club squad) as the players will get to know Tilson more on training ground - look at Francis for example.

When I pay my season ticket money I fully expect Tilson to earn his wages down at Boots and Laces bawling out JCR for cutting inside too often. Will someone tell me how this can this be good news for the club in the context of our current crisis?
Crisis? What are you going on about?

I reckon that it is a positive experience for both Tilly and the club. Yes we've lost 2 games but apart from 45 minutes at QPR we have not been outclassed and we have made lots of goalscoring chances. Brushy is quite capable at arranging shooting practice and Tilly can only learn from his time with the U21's. So why the negativity ?
