Ticket office?

Could anyone advise me of the opening hours of the box office,this week and next as the office was closed today when I went and there is nothing on the door to advise you of a change in the opening hours over the holiday period.
Also, does anyone know how long season ticket holders seats for the Southport game are being held before release to the general public?.

The BTMK Box Office will remain closed over the New Year, re-opening on Thursday 2nd January 10am, to allow our staff to rest ahead of a busy second half of the season.

Supporters can continue to purchase tickets for our next two home fixtures online at https://southendunitedfc.ktckts.com. We’d like to take this opportunity to remind supporters that abuse of staff will not be tolerated and Southend United reserve the right to withdraw and/or cancel tickets for those who fail to comply with the Club’s Terms & Conditions.
