This Is What Id Do At Walsall

No mate, not at all. My favourite player at the club, ask some of the folks on here, i have his name on my jersey - which i in turn get a few funny looks when over there :D

Well you shouldnt do, ive seen some sad git with Harrold on there shirt, you like who you like, i like Ritchie and think he should be given a second chance to prove himself

Sorry if a simular thread has been posted but, On Saturday i would start young Masters in goal and give Foran a chance up top along side Barnard.

Was at the game last friday and can safely say ive never seen a worse keeper than Mildenhall, yes he has height in goal but thats it, he didnt once looked comfatable when coming for the ball, worse shot stopper ever i think.

As for fowards, well to be honest we never looked like scoring friday, i just think that Foran and Barnard would link up well up top for us, Ater all we have a perfectly good stricker in Foran sitting in the reserves.

What you people think?

Mildenhall will be very solid for us once he settles in, views of both Yeovil and Grimsby fans are that they were sad to see him go. Goalkeeping is all about confidence!

Never seen a worse keeper?! Think back to the dark days of Mel Capleton and Martyn 'agile as a wardrobe' Margetson..... I don't want to mention Emberson.

Can't agree with leaving out Revell either, only goalscorer so far, and looks a commited blood and guts striker to me.

I think your talking out of your arse, or looking for someone to take the bait.

I haven't been on here as much as some people in recent days so I haven't been able to defend Mildenhall as yet, but as a goalkeeper myself, I always look at the goalkeeping situation at any Club and Mildenhall is a very good goalkeeper.

Compared to Darryl, who had a great game in the Cup, Mildenhall is streets ahead in some departments but lacking in others. Mildenhall has already come for my crosses in his short Southend career than Darryl ever did. His more vocal, commands his area, is a decent shot stopper, and looks to have better distribitution. Darryl was fantastically agile, and pulled off some brilliant saves, mainly due to his lack of command. Mildenhall would come and claim the ball on his 6 yard box, whereas Darryl would pull off a fantastic one handed save. Therefore, Darryl would look better, but I'd rather have a goalkeeper that doesn't have to pull out world class saves. I'd rather they prevented the shot coming in.

As for Foran, well thats just a joke.
