As an ex mod / global / admin of a 30,000 member site I understand & appreciate the effort that goes into the running & upkeep of a forum such as this & so as I'm becoming a bit more regular on here, I will send you a few quid.

The site I ran would have got into trouble if we made money, but a site such as this can happily bank spare cash..:winking:

I can't remember from my days & it wasn't that long ago lol, if there is a vBulletin mod that allows for monthly donations via Paypal or some other way, as I said it's not something we would have probably used..:smile:

If your looking for a little fun game you could develop into a money maker, we play a thing called premiership suicide at work. Basically pick a team for that week, they have to win or your out & you cant pick that team again, last man takes the pot, quite good fun..:smile:

Actually there are loads of plug-ins on vB for Raffles,comps etc, it is just getting the time to run them.I like the Prem idea though and of course thanks for your suggestions and your donation.

Having said that though, the smaller donations are just as important so, if you like the site, use it regularly and can spare a couple of quid, please keep them coming.

Yes,you're quite right.Second leg is next Wednesday.Looks like Bilbao lying in wait as SF opponents at the minute.Racing Santander suprisingly lost 2-0 at Mirandes.Winner of this tie will be last 8 opposition.

All, we have now reached the maximum capacity our current server can handle so the site may at times be very slow to load and may even go offline for short periods of time.

The new server is being built ATM and we hope to be able to change over to that before the weekend.This will cause an extended period of downtime though as we have to propagate the new DNS server address on to the web.

Sorry that this may cause a bit of inconvenience for us all, but it will be worth it in the long run.
