according to a friend of a friend who was a trainee at QPR when Ferdidnand and wilkins were together, ferdinand would tell wilkins that he was going out that night and that training would start later the next day for everyone. Because he was the star player wilkins would just agree... i hope ferdinand doesnt have the same attitude now.. if he does he wouldnt be my pick of a striker... having said that im not seeing many other player opportunities.

going by what you just said it's a good job he wasn't here with the likes of Gridlet,Bressington,Payne and Otto,training would have been held at churchills every day starting at 11.00.

If we got him on a "pay as you play" contract it would be great. He would still be able to score goals at Div 1 level and frighten every defender we play against.
