No problem on the advice, and as a kind turn I have the pleasure of giving your first ever rep points. ;) With the less extreme system the Zone hope it just reflect people's opinion more of the posts than being a friend. Remember you can only give out rep 10 times in a 24 hour window.

To be honest love I have a distinct lack of like towards you these days..

(I also clearly have a distinct lack of ability to write a decent sentance.)

At the risk of getting myself a "red" may i ask what actual purpose does this "rep" thing serve. It all seems a little juvenille to me or am I missing something ?????????????????

Forget the actual 'reputation' piece for a second PWS, as that really doesn't mean anything at all. The system seems to work best when you agree or disagree strongly with something a poster has said (or for instance, when someone's post has made you laugh), as you can simply register your approval/disapproval. It's actually pretty useful for making little asides and personal one-liners without boring 300 other zoners with them or disrupting the thread.

The great thing about it is you don't have to use it, and it won't affect you in any way if you don't.
