I think you're clutching at straws there! Are we owed money by Derby for Hutchinson? Has their situation impacted our cash flow/balance

Do you know I can't remember exactly, hence the question. We have been through this fiasco so many times we don't know our arse from our elbow.I thought we signed players last January.
Your right. National league don't mess about if clubs are in deep financial troubles! They could potentially throw us out the league. Essex senior league is looking more likely than efl.The national League have more strict rules with clubs in financial difficulties compared to the football league(for some reason) and don't give you a licence for the start of the season if you don't meet the criteria. I wonder how we will fair at the end of the season with these rules. If we stay up they might just relegate us anyway.
It is going ahead but tickets are now a grand a go.It makes it very difficult, nearly impossible for the management team on Thursday night at The Cliffs (If it goes ahead) to answer any questions.
It won't matter if we get kicked out of the league for financial reasons. The NL bosses are very much on the ball with anything like that.We need to stay up. By one point, goal difference, whatever. Nothing else matters.
Yes I recall when they have thrown clubs out the league for financial problems they didn't just go down to the conference north/south but two or three divisions below thatYour right. I agree, embargo or not, that performance last night was dreadful. But then the players also no there is little or no competition and no one coming in to replace them. I have tickets fir Saturday, I’m truly dreading itPerformances ultimately shouldn’t be an excuse, they are still playing infront of 5k paying fans who have all turned out on a miserably wet windy cold Tuesday night just to watch them kick a ball around a field.

Ron needs to sort a payment schedule with HMRC whether that’s as the club or personally I’m not sure. Any current loanees can be extended further whilst under embargo (I believe)We don't know why the embargo has been imposed. Maybe because of a winding up order but there are numerous other possible reasons as a quick glance at appendix H in the National League rules for this season shows (www.thenationalleague.org.uk)
The embargo may also impact on extending the short term loans of the two Sheffield United players.
I thought that it was to do with the HMRC? Macclesfield messed the HMRC around so much that they are no more. Hopefully we are given a chance againWe don't know why the embargo has been imposed. What do you have in mind as an alternative if Ron goes?Back to the protests it is. There can be no reason for a moratorium any more. Performance of players is unchanged and the club is back at the mercy of HMRC and the league. No stopping until Ron is gone.
Ah propaganda? Ron did not find a million to pay off the bill last November? I imagined that?Ha ha! Mate they’d love a guy like you in North Korea, you’d be one of those guys crying in the streets for the death of a Dear Leader. Propaganda at its finest.
This was December last year about the same time.I thought we signed players last January.
Appendix H sets out the terms and conditions under embargo and refers to squads of over 16 not being permitted to extend short term loans but it's early in the morning and I might have misread it!Ron needs to sort a payment schedule with HMRC whether that’s as the club or personally I’m not sure. Someone else who isn’t Ron. You happy with him continuing to make Southend United a laughing stock? What do you have in mind as an alternative if Ron goes?
Debt created by Ron to Ron’s other companies! What a hero.A

I am no supporter of Ron but understand, as we all might have to much sooner than later. that no Ron means no Southend.
I hope I am wrong, and, if someone pays millions for the club and clears all of its debts I will be more than happy to eat my words.
Hope you can find such a person!
