To be fair, despite all the histrionics, Spain were the better team and deserved to win the final.

Well that’s a massive anticlimax and has put a big downer on the weekend. Southend lose, Ron up to his old tricks; England lose, the Spanish up to their old tricks. Carnage on RHB’s sofa, no doubt.

We were just not at the races today but all credit to the team to get to the final.

Spain were the better team, but they should have been down to ten. Their play acting also got our lass booked. Can’t say I can particularly applaud them or the ref. The records show they won though and hopefully it will do some good for women’s football in the Spanish speaking world.

Very easy to be wise after the event, but on reflection we should have started James instead of Toone (as Cricko said) and perhaps Chloe Kelly should have started.

Lots of coulda shoulda wouldas of course as there always are in this situation.

Didnt Spain play some beautiful football in the 1st half , England as expected came out the second half with different formation and really made a game of it , I think Lauren James should have been on at the start of the match to be honest she made a difference , Hemp played very well too , Olga s goal was so well taken, Best team on the day won , but what a thrilling final , England women will be dejected but can hold their heads up high ,they never once gave up .Earp saved England on quite a few occasions also , top goalkeeper.

Been a bad weekend.went to Fürth yesterday,poor game 0-0..then yesterday the Blues .Sky wrote it had ended 2-2...got up in the morning lost 2-3...now Englands women...feels like a kick in the"whotsits"...how can that happen in WOMEN`S football?
Nürnberg played today (season ticket holder since 2001/02) will wait for the lowlights..but i dont give a hump if they have won or not..in fact hope they lost,so i can feel even depressed...where is my cellar
