agreed, I'd happily buy it for the following:

1) So that I don't have to put up with mcnasty being mardy about it costing him "time and money"
2) so that I could enforce the over 18 rule
3) so that I could hide away the embarrasing clique
4) so that the Powerbase could be reinstated

Actually, we wouldn't do it if we didn't enjoy it and most of the time it's a lot of fun. As a team, we all get on well and for the most part we're more than happy to put in the time. To that end, I'm not sure of anyone wishing to resign their ownership at this moment.

That doesn't mean that we don't get frustrated when certain users seem to go out of their way to cause problems for us and it doesn't mean we won't get frustrated further in the future when people seem intent to throw things back in our faces after the time and effort we have put in.

We're generally happy to listen to suggestions on improvements (see the suggestions thread in the Website Forum) but if people are fundamentally unhappy with the way we run the site, then they really should go and find another one. We've got far, far more visitors now than we've ever had so we figure we're doing some things right.

In short, all we really want is for people to respect the forum rules, respect each other, think before posting and realise that "rep" doesn't matter (it's just a bunch of dots on the internet!).

More than anything though, we just want people to avoid saying things like "Apaz..."
