Signed this afternoon ( although i admit i haven't been in there for years!). My connection with the building goes back to when our club was formed from there, after a meeting with local businessmen.
One of them was named Trigg, whose wife knew my great grandmother ( who lived in Great Wakering ) who had 9 kids ( never heard of Horlick's in those days, the goodnight drink!! ) scrimped for pennies as many did, but Mrs Trigg used to give her clothes she didn't wear anymore etc, bless her.
