As you all know, there are so many pubs being turned into flats and although The Blue Boar is not in any imminent danger, there is a petition to make it an Asset of Community Value which means if the pub were to be sold in the future, the community (inc me and Alan) would be given 6 months to raise the funds to purchase it to remain a pub.
