The Bizarre Thread - Stats So Far

I can't work out whether I feel my post count of 5 is too many or too few.

It's much more cliquey than the perceived clique (or cliques) ever was (or were) though.

As people keep saying, it's open to all & in no way should people feel intimidated! Plus, it seems to have toned down unecessary diversions of other more "real" threads! :D

And yes, if there are any problems or anything people wish to discuss then the bizarre thread is the place.

We have good intentions....and announce good positive uplifting news....

In the season of goodwill this is all positive news and a bit of a laugh.

I find it much more entertaining than the constant Tilly and Harrold bashing that goes on. Not to mention the doom and gloom at SUFC only being 6th.

Other forums I post on have similar threads and the same arguements about whether they are cliquey or not always tend to surface. They're not really my cup of tea but I don't see the harm in them. I've meant in the past to suggest creating something similar in the 'Shrimpers Chit-Chat' forum for Southend-related rambles and things that don't really justify their own threads.

As Mr Benedict said, I waded in quite happily the other night, and the only one of those 15% that I've really spoken to on the board before is Southminster Shrimper.

I've meant in the past to suggest creating something similar in the 'Shrimpers Chit-Chat' forum for Southend-related rambles and things that don't really justify their own threads.

Do it! As long as there are some specific ground-rules!
It would be good to have something like that so you don't awlays have to find a SUFC slant on news from the same division as hardly anybody bothers with the 'All Leagues' forum!

Ah, but I didn't say it is cliquey, merely more cliquey. As mcnasty points out, the thread is rather dominated by the few.

Anyway, more important was the point about whether I should be posting more or less.
