Tenants rights

That's the old Inside Track model... not my bag. I'm jumping out of the market completely now, for a couple of years.

Doing what with the capital though - bonds?

Interest rates are too low to hold as cash and a couple of years seems too short a period for equities.

marketing spend in my biz - as it's a recurring fee model increase in turnover directly correlates to increase in value - and each year it grows far more than properties.

Tenants don't have rights in the UK.Not enough of them anyway.

http://www.theguardian.com/money/blog/2014/jul/05/change-law-on-renting-and-evictions

"The law on renting needs changing: it's far too easy for landlords to evict."

"In Germany – Europe's only sane property market – landlords have to give notice of up to nine months depending on how long the tenants have been in occupation, and can't evict without reason."

"In Britain, meanwhile, "retaliatory" or "revenge" evictions have become worryingly common. More than 200,000 people have faced eviction in the past year because they asked their private landlord to fix a problem in their home."
