You're probably not a million miles away from the truth, knowing trigger happy Jordan.... If we get a comfortable win I think Spud will be in a bit of bother, but if we just nick it or its a draw (sadly, this is my prediction) he'll live to fight another day.

He shouldn't receive a bad reception at all, considering all the help he's given us both paid and unpaid. The guy loves Southend, always talks about coming back, his family still live in the area, and he should be lauded not barracked

i for one will clap cort. he was my favourite player whilst he was here and dont blame him for at the time moving to a bigger better team in Hull

Was lucky enough to watch Spud Taylor with my Dad from the West stand in the early seventies and he is a true blues legend. He has said on many occasions how much he still regards Southend and as such should be shown some respect.

Great player during his time with us ...Maybe Loyal because he lives local. Football wise that i'm not so sure about after Paynter. Not a very good manager in my opinion....But he does deserve recognition for his playing days here.....The rest I will leave up to your judgement.
