Taking a view on your season card

will you make full use of your season card ?

  • No - but at least I will see the big games without having to ring the ticketline

Many on here will go thru thick and thin . But quite a few seaso's have been sold, I suspect, to people who are prepared to pay a bit extra in return for the guarantee of seeing the 'big' games and getting priority for cup tickets etc .

If this is true , I would not be surprised to see alot of gaps developing if the dismal start to the post-Freddie era continues, with resultant lack of atmosphere .

What do you feel - will you make sure you get 'full value ' for your seaso come what may or will you take a view on it ?

its not always fun watching southend play especially when we lose but i would rather do that and have a few beers with the lads than have to go out shopping with the missus

Supporting Southend isn't about the success otherwise we would all support a prem side, its about achieving the impossible and when we do how great is that feeling. In 27 ive seen more bad than i have good, but i wouldn't give up being a Shrimper for anything and accept the downsides

I had my season ticket when we were on the verge of being relegated out of the football league and I went to every game I don't think anything could put me off going. OK I get upset cause we have done really well now we are starting to lose. But thats football. We will have our time again.

Well I live in Portsmouth so although I have a season ticket its just not practical to go to every game! I will still buy a seaso every season to guarantee my usual place next to my family and always try to get to as many games as I can but its not always possible!

There is a couple of people on here that travel far and have season tickets.

See if they can do it why can't Bradbury ;)

I'll go to every home game come what may...can't do as many away as I'd like to due to financial aspect of it.

Haha! That is true Bradders has no dedication and should have been booted out ages ago :p Seriously though, the journey is horrible and I could'nt imagine having to do it day in day out!

Bet he'd love to do the 6 hour travel time between my gaff and roots hall :thump:

My sister and mate are still being messed around with faulty cards.

Mates one was brand new and doesn't work.

Sister gave her's in at the last game and was told she would get a brand new one, she then got given back the same card AND GUESS WHAT?? It didn't work!

Not very impressed with the ticket office this season.

Could even be you but there's one guy who lives in Southsea nearish the Eastfield Arms who supports Southend. Apart from almost falling off my bike when I first saw him, I made no big attempt to acknowledge and never saw him again!

Takes a long time from Pompey, I'm surprised you have the resolve. Then again, when I was there, we were in the Wignall revolution and that was enough to keep anyone away.
