SZFC Womens Team Is Now Official. Latest Update.

On another note. The 5-a-side tournement booked for 6th July @ Brentwood has had to be cancelled.
The good news is that I have provisionally booked us for an 11-a-side tournement in August and I am in the process of arranging some friendlies.
Will keep you all updated.

cheers for this Tinks! Just in case you haven't read the thread in the SZFC Section, Emma was saying that we need to be affiliated first. Her and Kev have the forms to do this and just need a check from Dave. Then we can play in friendlies etc.

I gave the money to Andee at the pub the other week Sam,so it should not be a problem.

And just to keep things tidy can we continue any chat on SZFC ladies either in the SZFC forum or the clubhouse as we will have to many threads going. Ta.

I have altered the SZFC forum title to include SZFC ladies now.

And I still have it, thanks Cricko. However Ladies do not feel you should be totally self sufficient. There will be have to some speculation to accumulate, i.e. the club will outlay the monies for affiliation and then we will recoup from the membership fees we will be getting.

Also have we had confirmation about the affliation only being £12 to the Essex FA as per an additional team or will it be the £35 as for a first team.

Hey, thanks ladies for sorting all this out. I look forward to our meeting up and getting this started, I plan on doing loads of practice before hand, as the lads saw on sunday, I screamed at the ball twice, hand balled when it came towards my head and miskicked it many times..... Can I be a sub??

Ha - that has just made me laugh. You will get used to it Sarah. Plus it is a bit more scary playing with men! I am sure you will be ok! A bit of practice will be good. We look forward to seeing you on the 29th!
