Maybe the question on break even attendances could be reworded to budgeted attendance? Know it still depends on mix of tickets purchased etc but would be interesting to see if we're well above what they thought in their original planning.
Yea the way its written up in the minutes is a bit odd. There must be an answer to that question (what is the break even figure) even if the answer is 15,000, which of course is impossible. To have the shirts sales and attendances we've had and lose 2 million ? It seems to show there is an enormous gap between where we are now and 'sustainability'.

We'll never get the pounds, shillings, and pence answer but COSU and the CEO seem comfortable with where they are at the moment.
We have to remember that TL is a previous experienced CEO at a club with steady off pitch revenue streams so should be aware of what needs to be achieved.

Maybe the simple realism of it is that a 'break' even figure based on attendance is just currently non achievable within the current operating restrictions. We have a capacity restriction and always like any Club will have. Yes ours is reduced at the presence due to Health & Safety issues but even if this is addressed and we can increase capacity it all comes with an increase in operating costs and to recover those would no doubt mean ticket prices would also need to increase more substantially than both fans and Club would want. Even after a rebuild of new stands and say a capacity of 15,000 ticket pricing will need to be subsided from other revenue streams or the match day experience potentially moves out of the reach of the average fans pocket.
