Sunday Night Quiz 8-30

Have 4 spoons of Sugar in your Tea this morning Rich ..oh sod it use the tablespoon..;)

Oooo I passed 8000 and didn't even notice..

I asked my Mum too & she says blame it on going metric.
In her day it was 2 teaspoons = 1 dessert spoon & 2 dessert spoons = 1 tablespoon. As said last night though it's now teaspoon = 5ml & tablespoon = 15ml therefore 3.

Do you want me & the Mrs to do questions for 70s/80s/90s lyrics for this week (or a subsequent Sunday)?

Happy 8,000.......

Yes please Rich ..great idea, although I think it will be hard...But you and the good Mrs Glasgow are in the Chair for next weeks quiz.....:)

Well, at least it's taught me something for setting next week's questions.
Don't be ambiguous in how you word them!!!

Oh & on behalf of Stereoscene can I also point out "FALKLAND ISLANDS" - he had a point it is "Britsh soil"..........;)

I think the fact that there was a conflict raised the question in some parts of the world to whether or not it was/is British soil. But on reflection i would agree with Stereo.

Regards the William question, As the eldest son of the current Prince of Wales, William may ascend to the respective thrones of the United Kingdom and the other 15 Commonwealth realms. If William decides to use his first name as his regal name, he would be known as William V. He can of course as monarch choose any regal name.

Still it was a good quiz i thought......how good are you and Uxbridge!!!!!!!

I only hit it lucky with a couple of the bonus questions!
My best answer of the night was Saturn in terms of which planet has the moon Titan!

Hopefully we will be back in time for the quiz next Sunday.......looking forward to your questions, maybe you should run them by me in the car coming back!!

;)
