What about the majority of the season, when he was picked to start almost every game.

With good reason, though, as our results last season when he didn't start games were appalling. I can't remember the exact stats but it was something like 2 wins out of 10. Luggy brought in four strikers on loan and none of them were better options so I've always found the nepotism tag a bit baffling.

What does it tell me? It tells me no other League manager wanted him. (nor will they now, if he doesn't re-sign).
