errrrrr, motivate them in the changing room....look like he's interested at any time!

So we just want a cheerleader as a manager then? Just get Katy Perry on the sideline in her undies jumping up and down, that should motivate them!
We have played the ball on the deck very well the last few games and the majority of the season. Seems we get better results playing direct football
begining to think there will be a change maybe at the end of the season but looking at the posts on here people think it might be sooner.
Does anybody see other managers beating Ron Martins door down too come hear?
I can also see players moving on,Gillingham bound too come in for Tomlin again.
..and failed pretty miserably. Not passionate enough or fit enough to take us any further. Time for a new man that actually wants to keep the ball on the deck and go for more than one goal.....over to you Ron!
Failed pretty miserably???? You ****ing deluded ****
Took a side with no players steadied the ship built a side 1 point from automatic promotion unearthed gems like hall, corr and cresswell and got us to Wembley something no other manager has done.
Time to go maybe but don't act like the guy has done **** all
Top Post TB, too many people on here forgetting what Sturrocks had to work with & through!

Fully agree, although I do think it's time for a change now.
Not disputing that just that you can't rubbish what Paul has done
I think Di canio motivated Swindon ok last season. I think to say there are no good motivators at this level is a ridiculous statementYou are missing the point. Good managers who can motivate don't manage L2 teams
