That's very weird. Normally Ireland, in terms of whether Saturday games are blocked, is treated as part of the UK, as if the last 100 years hadn't happened.

Yes, that should be available. It is only Saturday 3pm games that aren’t available.

The commentator BBC Essex are mostly using for our games now is Warren Muggleton. Not as bad as some, but not as good as Nick Alliker was in my opinion.
