The real question is will we still be clinging on after tonight's matches?

Cheltenham at home to Wycombe
Plymouth at home to Chesterfield

Likely that come May, we'll be kicking ourselves in frustration as we see another poor quality league two season completed without success. It looks quite likely that under 80 points will be enough to get into the automatics and under 70 (perhaps well under) will be sufficient to make the play-offs.

Sadly agree,

Draws are now no good for us whatsoever so Phil MUST risk everything by ditching his stubborn plan and replacing it with all out attack by using untried kids.

Noticed Torquay chucked on untried kids and won last night.

Whilst Im pretty much out of confidence in Brown Im so glad you arent the manager

All out attack throwing on kids ?!

Pure and utter desperation at its best.

Lets just send out the U18's after all they cant do any worse than the first team can they.

We're now out of the playoffs and I doubt that we'll be back there when it counts ie on the last day of the season.

Hard to see us getting back in now, but all it takes is a couple of good results. Problem is if we dont get them then York will bypass us as well as they are in good form as well.

My sons ten and untried. I think its a bit far fetched to expect him and the others to replace Leonard etc

Brilliant! :hilarious::hilarious:

Now Daggers have entered the race for 7th with a win at Newport this evening.

Whilst we clearly do need to start winning to have any chance at all of the play offs , I've just looked at Burtons remaining games and they have a real pig of a run in.

scunthorpe (a)
WYCOMBE (H)
york (a)
PLYMOUTH (H)
northampton (a)
HARTLEPOOL (H)
newport (a)
CHESTERFIELD (H)
southend (a)

As I say , unless we do something it doesn't matter , but IF we can go on a run then who knows..............

What made you look at Burton's ? They are 9 points ahead, we wont catch them, its Plymouth and Oxford we have to pass.

Have you seen ours ?

We still have Oxford, then have to play 3 of the top 5 in our last 4 games, 2 of which are away, that last game at home to Burton might be massive.

Yeah you're right and I am really clutching at straws looking at Burton , but just saw all of their fixtures as being tough and against teams pushing for promotion or fighting for their lives.
I guess that scenario applies to many of the games left as the league is so tight at the top and bottom.
Still think lots of surprises still to come and just hope we can at least keep ourselves in with a chance.:'(
