Sounds like you do not have permission to change your background. We do the same to our users at work.
 
could someone somehow make one with Eastwood sliding on his kneees going towards the camera, with the scoreboard above it please??

Yes, I guess you're right. I've just tried putting one here on my home computer and worked first time, no worries.

But I still have a question if anyone can answer it - if I've not got the permissions fair enough, but how come I can download the wallpapers from the OS onto my work computers?
 
U trying to start a business with these wallpapers? whats with the flowers?
