A pretty decent first half really, the better team let down by 30 seconds of madness. It's not pretty but we're not going to suddenly play like Brazil, but we're showing fight and that's the first step in the right direction.

Scrappy goal to concede but much the better side, really refreshing to watch, Kightly equaliser was well deserved. Hopefully can keep this up and get the three points out first half performance has deserved.

Very encouraging performance, with plenty of endeavour, commitment and teamwork. Hope our fatal tendency to concede in the first fifteen minutes of the second half is a thing of the past. Overcome that and we might even win this if we keep up levels of first half.

Well, that was a breath of fresh air. We started by giving away an awful goal which sadly all started from a poor clearance by Oxley which led to a comedy piece of defending. However, from then on to be on level terms is the very leat we deserve. We've looked lively and threatening going forward, with some shots on target, albeit powder puff efforts from Cox.......but the intention is there. We got closer and closer, with a goal bound effort being blocked and a good save from their keeper until finally we got our just reward. The whole team is performing well but stand outs for me this half have been Fortune and Kightly, who's been a revelation. Why didn't he play like that under Brown?! :winking:

He did in that first game of the season against Blackburn,remember? He hasn't played like that since I'll grant you (not until today anyway).
