Yep. It seems crowds are down this season. Maybe people are fed up with PBs negative tactics this season.

We've not really had much in the way of away fan support though, the numbers from Oxford were pretty poor last week.

I make it that the crowds are actually UP in fact on last season, by 2,864 fans!....an average of 239 extra fans per game than last season.
(despite being in a more northern league, then last year).

Very true, but i'm quite happy with that overall so far this season.

Either way, that's an increase an extra 210 fans per home match at Roots Hall over the previous season.

The view from Latics is that little Jack Byrne will cause us the sort of problems which our little Jack could cause at his best for us. And that the Davies and Doyle combo will be too much for our CBs. Clarkey could make an appearance if Anthony Gerrard is suspended.

Well they got the Clarkey bit right:smiles:

I just have a good feeling about tomorrow. Sooner of later we are going to convert a lot of our chances and I think it will happen against Oldham.

They didn't do a huge amount of converting but I'm feeling just a bit smug post match.
