Relegation form since Christmas, not good enough I'm afraid. It's all very well saying we'd have been happy with 13th pre season (most including myself would have been), but having had such a great first half of the season it's been hugely disappointing the way our form, especially away from home, has disintegrated.

Changes are needed to the squad... That's obvious and Southend won't be the only club making them...

Lets get this season behind us and move on.... preferably with PB but if not someone who won't undo the hard work that the club has achieved over the last 2 seasons.

From memory most... But are we getting relegated? No... We have had a bad run of form but you see this season in season out throughout the divisions.

Why should we be exempt from this at some point of some season?

Where's the proof that he can't motivate? There are many clubs going through the same form at this point of the season. Wea re safe from the drop and have been for many a week.
