I just spoke to him... apparently he is just down for the day because he has some vouchers for half-price wristbands at Peter Pans
 
Fantastic news. Having someone of his versatility with such a small sqaud is a massive bonus.

Liking the comments from Tilson that he hopes to tie up a few other deals before Saturday.

Be interesting to see if he carries on his reputation for collecting yellows and reds faster than anyone. Hopefully Tilly can curb that this season, especailly the needless backchat from Bailey and Macca. Cost us big last season.

Well, that's what it says on the newsnow site today........must admit I nearly had a heart attack..........what with all the new activity and speculation this morning. I then noticed that it was a 'vital football' post and just underneath was...............
.........'Jamal Campbell-Ryce leaves Southend'........and.......'Billy Paynter to leave this evening'.........................RELAX!!!
Was going to start a thread with the first title..........then decided that it wasn't worth the red that would probably come my way!
