It's just my opinion but that shirt is another appalling example of old Southend shirts.
I never liked the pale blue shirts when they came out and I still don't like them today.

My very first jersey. Proudly worn at Woodham Ley Juniors school when everyone else wore West Ham, Arsenal or Liverpool jersey's. Think my parents got it at H W Stones in Leigh.

I have one of the one off charity purple shirts , signed by the great Mvoto! Didn't stay very long though did he. Goes with my Bruno Senna signed peeked cap, He gave up just afterwards. Note to self don't buy any more signed gear, Oh Hang on , Got a golf club ( wedge) signed by the Welsh wizard Woozie, Hope he is still alive?
