I seem to recall David Lee scoring a direct FK at home to somebody or other in 2000/01. Also have a memory (possibly inaccurate) of Mulgrew scoring a free kick which was supposed to be indirect but evaded the attempts of everyone in the box to get on the end of it and went straight in. I want to say away to Carlisle?

Yes, Mulgrew was definitely Carlisle away. Shame he never amounted to much...

Wasn't one of the goals in our 2-0 win at Ipswich in the Championship season a free kick that missed everyone, went through Peter Clarke's legs (offside but 'not interefering') and in? Or am I mis-remembering?
