Snow?! What is this "Snow" you speak of? Can I eat it?

Yes, though avoid the yellow variety....

Building at work now shaking and banging like a wild thing..and it's all glass.

Lights going off and on.

All I need is a power cut now and 1000 PC's and monitors to blow!!!

I have just seen a bit of drama at Canary Wharf on the way back from Waitrose.....

A window was blown out of a bus. The bus then started lurching as if it would fall over.

Canary Wharf security staff evacuated the bus and surrounding area including three or four panic stricken idiots who where crouching behind various pieces of  concrete as if they were under fire from a sniper....

To be fair, the last time I was under fire from a sniper, I too was crouching behind a piece of concrete. Admittedly it was just outside Banja Luka in Bosnia some 10 years ago and not Canary Wharf on a windy Thursday afternoon ... but ...

just had liquid lunch down the carpenters arms and it sounded like the place was about to implode, on the way back to work saw a lorry blown over on the A130. Currently monging out in front of my computer watching a tv ariel that looks like like its about to go through the guvnors windscreen.

It took me a whole 4 hours to get home from Chelmsford to Rayleigh yesterday. Was it just me, or was every single road in the bleedin county closed

YES!.........4.15pm yesterday.....A12 closed northbound.....A130 closed south AND northbound with the north bound carriageway expected to be open by 1am..........A127 closed Southend bound.........M25, Junct 28 down to one lane clockwise.

Driving to work yesterday at 1.30pm on the A130 Chelmsford bound I came up behind a 7.5 tonne taught liner in the left hand lane. Now this thing was obviously empty as the curtains were billowing fit to bust and the driver was having real problems keeping it in a straight line.
I pulled out to overtake and at that point two almighty gusts caught this wagon and lifted the whole damn thing onto two wheels with the rear axle shaking like a gooden.

I have to admit that I very nearly kacked myself there and then. I had visions of being squished under 7.5 tonnes of metal and needless to say drove the rest of the way at 30mph to sh!t scared to overtake the damn thing
