So who is going down?

QPR Barnsley and either Leeds or Hull....probably Hull.

We have some of the most critical games coming up and need to put on our voices and singasingsing!!!

I think Hull have enough to stay up, they can dig results out when they need them. Luton QPR and barnsley would be my choice....If only I didnt tell myself that col u would be rock bottom at the end of the season. DOH

I think Leeds will struggle to get out of it and they will go down to the wire with the others. If we dont get many injuries we will stay up i now feel sure of it.

I think any more than 3 injuries at a time will really rock us. Forran could really make a difference as he seems to have the class needed.

Always good to have three in form centre backs!

Latest relegation betting with Coral:

Barnsley....4/5
Southend....evens
Leeds....evens
Luton....11/10
Hull....11/10
QPR....6/5

It's tight and Mr Benedict is right we need to be cautious. Another massive game on Saturday which on paper is a no pointer. If that happens we may be bottom and that's when the pressure may start to tell. There again a win or a draw would be magnificent. I wouldn't rule it out. We have the best run of away wins at Roker Park that any other club. However their form at present is very good and they have money to splash which Keen has been doing.

It's just a pity that Sunderland no longer play at Roker Park ;)

I think what we have done is give ourselves a fighting chance of avoiding it - as yet, nothing more.

I have a sneeky feeling that it may not be enough though. Possibly because I am desperately trying not to get carried away, and also that every team, be it at the bottom or not, has a purple patch during a season, we are currently enjoying ours. Even with that excellent run of form, we are still only Leeds winning there game in hand away from being bottom.

My choice, at a push, woukld be Barnsley, Luton and us. I have this horrible feeling, and I wish it would go away, that Leeds will pip us to it. Jeez, I hope I am wrong!
