Yes i agree sorting the ownership is important But surly so is getting that embargo lifted to enable kevin ti bring in players .

Maybe this has always been the case. Remember that the rats will be around until planning permission before they probably sell. I’m sure things could have changed between the final sign off from the council of the HoT and then.

Perhaps most importantly - COSU seem to have the council onside. And from Sir Cllr Cowans comments, it does appear that there is little if any appetite to bend to the rats games again
