Just joined. I was really annoyed yesterday because Ryan Shawcross scored and kept a clean sheet but he was on my bench, whilst I had Yobo in my team but luckily Ferdinand didn't play for Man U today so I'll get a substitution. Pretty good first week for me - Shawcross, Noble, Rooney.

A mere 41pts for me. I am nothing if not decisive/rash. I am much happier with the balance & look of my team now though.

Well at the mid season point, I find myself rather smuggly sitting top. Obviously coming in here and bragging about it is laden with doom but hey...

Been a tricky year so far. Unlike last year I've pretty much just left my captain as Fabregas, Drogba or Rooney so I've not had too many weeks where I've been stung by a bad shout. But the next few weeks are tricky.

A few clubs have two games and some have none, like Man U. So if you bought it a few for this double gameweek then it might cost you to swap them out...

Yeah it is.

In another league I'm in, I'm 7th and 150 points off top! Now that's a seriously good FF player.

Bit screwed next week though as Man U and Man C aren't playing and I have a few of each...

Up to 11th after last week's games. Those that failed to have Rooney as captain really missed out. Not in too bad shape for this weeks games, had to take a 4 point hit, but it could have been a lot worse.

I think I might just not make any transfers this week? I'd be fielding a poor side and one with only 10 players but still...

I reckon most people are making 4 or 8 points worth and I can't see what I'd gain?

I'd lose money on Tevez & Rooney but need them back next week anyhow for their next run of games. Plus no team has a clear easy game. Bolton v Burnley could go either way; Chelsea will have it tricky against Brum; Arsenal and Villa could cancel each other out.

I might just accept a bad week and save my transfer so that I can have 2 next week...
