Shrimpers parkrun meet up | 11th January 2025?

As we have a few runners on here, some of who attended my Roots Hall Run back in October, thought it would be good to do a Shrimpers parkrun meet up.

Who would be up for a meet up at Southend parkrun, on the 4th January, and maybe a coffee/tea and some breakfast afterwards?

Someone would have to help with the breakfast side of it, as I’d have no idea where to go, but looking at the fixture list we have Southport at home in the FA Trophy too and would be a good chance to get the New Year off to a good start after all the festivities.

There’s a new (this year) cafe about 150 yds from the start line, been told its waitress service and a bit slow, but maybe worth a try as be parked close by?
