Was lovely to meet up with a couple of fellow Shrimpers in a drag club haha, was quite surreal talking about Fossets farm and Ron martin etc whilst being flanked by 6ft2 cross dressers... cccsiders
great to meet you two, was a bit surreal wasn't it. hope you had a great holiday. win against Mansfield cheered me up

I have mentioned this before, but whilst visiting a Maori Village in New Zealand some came up to me , after spotting my Southend shirt, and said, "I was best man to one of your Goal keepers" Turned out he was good mates with Derek Bellotti, whilst we were chatting , another bloke on this guided tour came over, said "did I hear someone say southend ? I was born in Gordon Road "

Both were visiting NZ from Australia

i remember walking to the Melbourne Cricket Ground on boxing day 2010. we didn't quite beat the record attendance that day but there were about 98,000 people there. i met three shrimpers on the walk. I know we were all there for the Ashes but there were nearly 100,000 people going to the ground.

Bowled the Aussies out for 98, won that test and the next and won the Ashes. I love it

Watching Gillette soccer Saturday in Fuerteventura with FBM as we beat Colchester 3-0 including the Chez Wilson Collectors item.

When I was a member of Her Majesty's finest I had just deployed to Banja Luka in Bosnia. As I ventured into the bar in the evening there were two other Shrimpers in their shirts. We worked out that at that time, per square mile, there were more Blues fans in Bosnia than in Southend!
