I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I'm sure that some smart @rse will tell me.

I'm going to be in Oz for the Melbourne & Sydney Tests (4th & 5th Tests.) So while you are all freezing your nuts off at Norwich on Boxing Day, I will be at the MCG with a cold beer in hand with 100,000 others watching the cricket! Jealous yet??!

I already know a fair few people that are going to be there, but wondered how many others are making the trek out to Oz.

Also, I've suggested that on the first day of all the Tests, that Southend shirts are worn, so that we can be seen by the entire cricketing world. I'm also intneding to take a number of SUFC pin badges out with me. Any chance of a discount Steve??

What's to be jealous about? We'll spend 90 odd minutes of game time watching our boys win, you'll be spending the better part of six hours watching England lose.

Hmmm.....90 minutes of watching the mighty Blues bring home three points or hours watching paint dry surrounded by a bunch of colonial immigrants???

That's a toughie that is

Make sure you've got your shirt on for the first day of the tests!!

At the moment i only have tickets for day 2 at Melbourne. I hope to get a day 2 ticket for Sydney when i get there!

I will wear it on day 2 if you like? Home or Away shirt??

It doesn't matter. I've only got the home one!

I might buy the Fred Flintstone costume from Argos for a laugh & wear it on day 1 instead, saving the SUFC shirt for Day 2!

We shall see what response we get on here!! Shame our friend from Perth still has the sulks, cos we could have got him to drag his half English & half Aussie @rse over to the East coast!!

Cant wait to get out there to cheer the boys on, if anyone is out in Melbourne early will be more then happy to sit up with someone till the early hours to watch the boys v yids, the Barmy Army seems to consits of loads of spurs so there will be many of them around watching it.

I'm flying out with the Barmy Army on the 21st, so I will just get to see the Spurs game. I think the original date for my flight was the 20th, so guess who's happy with that!!

Where are you staying in Melbourne & Sydney?

Please wear a 'fcuk off Ipswich Town' badge over your Southend shirt. My boss is going to the post christmas day test and I would just love him to be given that seasonal message.

I'm staying at Bayview Over The Park (opp Albert Park) in Melbourne & at The Crest, also in Kings Cross, in Sydney. Don't worry about Kings Cross, the Convicts have spent a lot of money cleaning it up!

At least one of the BA's pubs is on the South Bank in Melbourne. PJ O'Briens I think its called. I think theres an Ibiza Bar too, but I'm too old for the Ibiza scene!!

Day 2 for the SUFC shirts then??
