I want to get to W****** so he can get a chance to hold up the trophy and bathe in the adoration of 20,000 fans that he so richly deserves.

Don't think Adams Park holds that many.

What is his ban? is it 1 game or 3?

I'm a little confused to the ruling of a straight red card and the actual offence the punishment warrants.

I know 'violent conduct' is 3 games but that's not what I'd deem Bilel's challenge, Cresswell's was.

Can someone clear this up?

It'll be a 3 match ban.

Under what offence? 'Violent conduct' or 'serious foul play'?

What then warrants a 1 game ban for a straight red? 'A professional foul' which is premeditated?

Both violent conduct and serious foul play are 3 game bans.

A professional foul is an one match ban as is a red for two yellows.

You get an extra match ban for each red card you've already accumulated.

**Awaits Mick to come along and correct me**

Edit: The FA's banned list. A couple of our old left-backs included in there.

...maybe we should just let him loose in the Orient changing room + let him destroy the opposition that way ... :tease:

Anything to affect BOrients players focus is a good thing.

Usually i'm all for fair play + doing the decent thing .... but this is different. Win at all costs i say. . . We want Wembley.
Turn up the heating in the away changing room to sauna level. Let Ben Clarkson curl one out in their khazi. Invite Steve Harrison along to make one of his "special brew" pots of tea .

any other boisterous ideas?

These are all sensible ideas. However, as Orient come from the east end they're more than used to this kind of deprivation. I suggest Moshni dressing as the Queen and doing a walkabout 'up east' tomorrow. His/her entourage will consist of the other injured players dressed as Pearly Kings and Queens, Vera Lynn and Mike Reid, and they will lead a cockernee knees-up. Eastenders are suckers for this bo***cks (it reminds them of the war) and it will bring them all out on to the streets, where 'The Queen' will be handing out free ready meals laced with heavy (horse) tranquillisers.

The result? No Orient fans at the game, and a bunch of anxious players worrying abaaht their muvvers, who they luv ta bits. They'll all wake up on Thursday, out of the cup but glad to be alive.....just like in the war. Am I off-topic?

If running 15 yards and smashing into someone with your foot up where it wasnt isnt violent or premeditated I dont know what is!

It may not have had malicious intent but it was still a nasty challenge.
