So Lee seems to be doing pretty well after a couple of games, and we still have problems in front of goal. If his good form continues should he be given another chance in a Southend shirt? Yes or No?

Two more goals to, last game of the loan next Saturday I think, I would get him back or get another forward in definately

I'm inclined to say yes because he is a goalscorer but if the manager won't play a formation or tactics which will allow Barnard to do his thing then is there really any point?

Been saying on here all season that Barnard would score goals in the right system where he receives service. Some on here were very quick to get on his back when Barnard was not the problem. Should never have gone and he's making Brown look rather silly at the moment. Let's see if PB makes ANOTHER mistake with Barney by not bringing him back.....

Barnard must come back and must play full games from now on. He's a seasoned goalscorer who can gain us promotion - if he is used properly.

He getting his fitness and confidence back, which is much needed for both the player and the club.
Didn't he have a full pre-season? I don't understand the fitness thing?

And as for confidence, then very simply if he plays he'll be confident but if he doesn't then he won't.

I think most people have summed it up well. Barnard would be a great goal scoring threat in the right formation but we
never play the right formation so whats the point!

Trouble is, Brown will have to admit his tactics are wrong and letting Barny go was a mistake. So no he will not be coming back.

Brown should swallow his pride and drive him back himself. However, as mentioned, if the tactics used don't get anything out of Barnard, no point
