After yesterdays rip roaring effort, todays match up is slightly less appealing on the eye for me ... both fine albums though, but who wants it more ...
 
I can't criticise Doolittle. I love the Pixies and this album.

But best album ever? Hmmm.

The Stone Roses album fuses dance and rock, it created a scene that's still is around today and fills every indie club across the country. This album is exceptional, and it always in the top 10 of any "greatest" album lists in music magazines.

Aaagh! This is tough. The scandalously early elimination of OK Computer in this competition eliminated any split loyalties at the time and persuaded me to back the Stone Roses from the First Round but I have been listening to Doolittle a lot past couple of weeks and I'd forgotten what a great album it was.

Think I may still go Roses but I'll have to give both albums a listen later to check before I vote!!
 
Two fantastic albums, I love them both and have supported them throughout the competition (apart from against my own nomination). However it has to be the Roses for me. It probably means more to me than any album, defined who I was in my late teens and help shaped much of my musical taste now.
 
Couldn't care less. Both are nothing to write home about in my book and the fact that one will reach the final of a "greatest album of all time" poll is nothing short of a joke.

I will be abstaining from a vote here.
 
I despise the Stone Roses. I have very little reason to, but I do nonetheless.

And as I adore (the?) Pixies, this is a no brainer for me.

Can I vote for both please?

I know I should vote for Stone Roses really, but I like backing the underdog. And the Pixies album is ace. Still can't decide.
