Breaking News Season tickets on sale - Renew until 4pm TODAY!

Finally done mine. One more to the renewal total.

Reminder:

Over the weekend, the number of season ticket holders for the 2025/26 season passed 4,340, eclipsing our total from 2024/25.

It’s taken just 20 days to hit this milestone, which is a testament to the incredible support of our fans.

As a reminder, season ticket holders from 2024/25 who are yet to renew for the upcoming campaign have until 4pm on Tuesday, July 1 to ensure they keep their original seat.

Season ticket sales will then close for 48 hours during the movers period – allowing supporters to relocate their tickets to a different seat – before general sale resumes on July 4.

Season Ticket 2025/26 | Enterprise National League

Being a Southend United supporter is about more than just 90 minutes; it’s a family thing. It’s about waking up on a matchday with a spring in your step. It’s about catching up with familiar faces as you make your way to the stadium. It’s about taking your place in the stands as part of a...

Your maths is right but I think your assumptions of average price is way off.

We have a lot of season card holders who are entitled to a reduced rate because they are old (62 and above).

Kids 9-16 dont pay full price, young adults don’t pay full price, under 8s are just a quid a game.

Then there are discounts for emergency workers, armed forces, veterans, students (if not 22), disabled people and their carers.

I reckon those paying full price will end up being in the minority.

Don't forget HMRC will claim 20% V.A.T. on each sale. I would suggest the average price is probably nearer £300, accounting for concessions in all categories. 4500 x 300 = £1,350,000 less £270,000 VAT. Total £1,080,000. Even so an impressive flow of cash into the Club.

I’ve renewed my son’s season ticket but I accidentally selected the season card option instead of the Apple wallet. Has anyone done similar and been able to sort that out via the ticket office?

Yeah I think they can, but you can only have one or the other, I asked last season. If you call up (if you can get through) or pop in I'm sure they will be able to rather than you collecting the physical card.

As I live in Norfolk, will the ticket office be able to post my ST rather than me having to travel all the way down to Roots Hall to pick it up personally? In COSU we trust.

You don't need to, if it's anything like Google Wallet. You can take a photo of the QR code and add that to your wallet.

Well they won't get their grubby hands on 20% of all of that.

There weill be numerous VAT deductable expenditures in the year, things like the pitch relaying, training ground upkeep and RH maintenance and repars so it's not near 20% at all

Arent those expenses items that we will reclaim vat on (ie the pitch company charge is say 100k +vat and the £20k vat element we reclaim) but the tax man will take 20% vat on all ticket sales.
