Breaking News Season Tickets - now on sale

I'm not blaming COSU or anyone who works in the ticket office but seriously how 'SUFC like' is it for fans to be desperate to give them money and they can't take it. It seems to happen to us constantly! These wifi or payment issues are repeat issues that seem to happen a few times every season. I know I'd be looking at the route cause of this as I'm sure COSU are, got to be better ran than this.

On a side note, when I went down last week the club shop is literally empty and that's not limited to the close season, its been like it weeks before the season ended. It really is a joke and we need Macron out asap and need to either take ownership of the club ourselves or get a better supplier. Our shop has been a problem for years, lets get the basics done better.

The problems with the Shop stems back to the uncertainty this time last year as to whether we would actually have a Club. Tom talked about this at the CEO Forum back in March. The inference is that there will definitely be a big improvement in time for the start of the season.

The technical issues affecting internet and telephone services at Roots Hall have now been resolved.

The BTMK Ticket Office will re-open at 10am on Friday morning (20 June) and stay open late until 7pm. The Club Shop will also be able to operate as usual and take card payments.

Normal hours will resume on Monday 23 June (10am-4pm)

Thank you for your patience and understanding while the issue was being addressed.

You are very correct, BUT that was approx 10 months ago; which for any business should be ample time to turn things around and reset.
Logically with new owners Macron should have gone the extra yards in double time to take adavantage and make a profit on the new found good will.
We can argue and point out the history, but the bottom line is that the Macron shop has been p*** poor for too long.

Good news.

That will allow them to go ahead and announce the new ✍️

Doesnt look like they're open Saturday then?

There seems to be an awful lot of reserved ST seats (greyed our with black circle) that haven't been sold yet.

I wonder if that's waiting for payday or lack of interest to renew.

Could also be that those who had a season ticket last year have bought one elsewhere - for instance West to North, or have moved seats within the stands themselves. I did that about three seasons ago; moved three rows forward (getting old, you see).

I hope so but whilst Macron are in charge of the shop I'm not so sure. It would just be good to be able to have a club shop that allowed to buy something.

Guilty - although i'm also waiting for my credit card statement to produced so I won't have to pay until sometime in August.

4 to be renewed, but because of the total technophobe family (who struggle with a mobile phone) its so much easier to renew all at once in person.

Combination of ticket office closure and work getting in the way, no chance of getting there this week. If not open tomorrow, will renew next week.

We have been away and only just got back so will do ours next week but I guess some people are waiting till the end of the month for payday

Still deciding as I couldn't / didn't attend many games last season. Apart from the health issues that kept me away, I got to the point of being so bored with the performances that I couldn't muster myself to go.

I might cherry pick this season instead.
