Season ticket system screwed again.

I prefer the weird men that smell like a basement that you get tearing your ticket up at the likes of Aldershot, Barnet and Accrington, much more efficient if a little more creepy!
 
mine had worked fine up til last night. Is now in the posession of the club, and all i have is a little slip of paper!
 
I just called the Ticket Office who said they'd got the cards back about 30 minutes prior to my call. They'll be speaking to the card issuing company to find out why they malfunctioned & they plan to send them back out, by first class post, so we get them back in time for Saturday's game. If, for some reason, they can't do this in time, they'll be issuing a paper ticket for the Plymouth game.

Thanks for the update!
 
I rang this morning and was told I would be phoned back later ----and guess what---- I was phoned back!!I was told the card would be waiting for me at the turnstile (not the shop) as posting today or tomorrow could be leaving it a tad late. I think if you are able to they can be collected from club shop tomorrow or Friday.

Nothing on o/s about it as yet.

Yep, I was one of those who refused to hand over two of my cards and took them back myself.
Suprisingly they did work last night but, when I looked at the closer they have still ballsed them up by stating on my husbands ticket he is a student! Give me strength
