Just entered the ground and yet again my season card was rejected, confiscated despite me arguing against the jobsworth who refused me entry until I surrendered my season card. My one was not the only one confiscated. It didn't work for the first game against Hereford and I was sent a new one, it worked for the next 2 v Burton and Northampton. This is bollox. No doubt this is going to inconvienence me for Saturday's home game. Sort it out SUFC
 
My dad and sisters were taken, I got in fine. Laughed at them when they told me, now mine will probably get taken!
 
Mine was taken too. Just as well there wasn't a big crowd as I was told to try another turnstile to start with. What a joke.
 
Mine behaved better tonight. But my brothers was taken too. Despite his working fine every other time. As long as they send another one before the plymouth game then were happy
 
Yes I was shook down to!:smiles: Not to worry but was amazed when I asked for a reciept and not handed one as they had over 150 cards from the West and South stand entrances in Shakespear. So the system doesn't want to stay now?

Happened to me too in East stand. Was fine for all the previous home games. Mine errored with 102 Obtain Ticket.

I was lucky that my ticket was not taken but the person next to me had their ticket confiscated.

Does anyone honestly think that this will be sorted out before saturday, I can see more problems and more people upset at the turnstiles. Tara is supposed to be some sort of "hot shot" salesman let's see if he can sort this mess out in the next 90 hours.:unsure:

Exactly the same for my Son and I in the West Family. When I asked if we'd get new cards or paper tickets before Saturday and as such we would avoid having to queue, I was told "they would hope so". When I asked what "hoped so meant and were they confident" the answer was "I don't know". Tickets confiscated regardless - terrific !
 
Yeah my card not working so given receipt which I suppose I will have to sort out by Saturday, my mate who sits next to me had no problem. Chap next to him ok but his mates card rejected. As with previous post by eastling,had no trouble previously this season.
 
Overheard that the South stand alone had over 300 season cards taken from fans!

Gives the ticket office something to do, lets face it they can't be that busy during the week now can they, as we hardly sell any tickets any more!
 
Suppose its a lengthy trip to the ticket office on Saturday to retrieve my FOUR season cards that are paid for, and have worked all season thus far, but saw nothing but red tonight!

Had the same problem in the East. The woman must of had 150 odd in her pocket at 7.30! Shambles.
 
Another one who had their ticket taken from them. I live in Surrey so will have no option but to resolve on Saturday, which means leaving extra early to make sure I get there in time to visit what is sounding like a very busy ticket office. Nothing goes smoothly with this club does it.
 
3 out of our 4 were taken in the West, including mine which was scanned on the inside of the ground cos I'd done the POTM award! Not going to be down early enough to go and get in a queue on Saturday, was told they will be in touch today.
 
One taken out of our three in the West and was also told the club would be in touch by phone.
This time it was not my turn as mine failed for first game this season and twice last and have never yet received a phone call.
Getting rather fed up with this now and it needs to be sorted out once and for all...........
 
Same here. In the South. Mine has worked all season so far but last night decided not to. The chap on the gate suggested I hadn't paid my DD to which I rather curtly replied that I paid in full before the end of last season!

Like all the others in the same boat, it's just more hassle for us fans.
