Season Review DVD

I'd also like them to produce a DVD of the Lincoln playoff final.
Thanks to technology (a knackered Sky+ box & an even more kaput DVD-R) I've now got no record of the game other than the 10 minutes on the 04/05 Season Review :(

If they could do it for Man Utd, why could they not do it for Lincoln?

My dodgy DVD of the game is also badly degraded and of poor quality now. Footage exists and I'm sure that there would be demand for a limited print run of it if the DVD was reasonably priced...

I'd always buy a DVD of the seasons goals. I've got all the videos produced when they used to release them on VHS and some of those were dire seasons with relegations.

I also can't understand why the club have not produced a Freddy Eastwood DVD showing all his goals. They did it for Collymore who scored only about a third of the amount Freddy did.

One idea would be for some of the old season reviews that where on VHS to be reproduced on DVD. They were so short back then, I reckon a two disc DVD would easiy hold 10 seasons. I believe VHS reviews were released from 1989 to 1999.

I've got video's from 89 until 97 when we were relegated from the old Div 1. Didn't they start doing individual games on video from then.

Shouldn't be too difficult to transfer those to DVD.
Trouble is, the club probably doesn't have master tapes of them so it will need to be a fan-led initiative to get them recorded.

thats ridculous theres no dvd , i want a copy no matter how bad we do, you suport your club through good and bad, this is sending off the wrong signals.

Not surprised that no DVD is being produced, although I agree with Scott in some respects: perhaps they should release a 'best of Southend's goals' compilation for last season...

Am I the only one that finds that funny? We got relegated, and regularly got stuffed and we're talking about having a 'best of' collection!
