Apologies if there is already a thread on this - mods, please merge if necessary.

When do we reckon the new kit will be launched? Meet the Shrimpers/Blues Day?

Appreciate we are still with Macron for another season, but would imagine things would be better with regards to availability etc.

Got a feeling (and am no way in the know) that we will have a white kit either as the away or third shirt. No idea why, but was right last year about the red away!

They should totally turn that around and use that as the angle for this years promo.

Trying to keep the kit a secret, cameraman, gus and jack bridge in big overcoats peeking round corners while southend fans hunt them down across southend trying to get a glimpse of the new kit

I think the brand will still exist, but it will transfer ownership from its current owner Trenitalia to the state under DfT Operator will take over the running of it.

South Western Trains were nationalised in May and the name and branding still exists. I think the branding will exist for some time and may not even change at all.

Some names have gone like Virgin Trains which was rebranded to LNER (London North Eastern Railway) This clearly had to be renamed as it was advertising an international brand. C2C isn't known for anything else other than that train route.

Yes, that seems to be the case, though the plan is for the rebranding of all nationalised rail companies to Great British Railways to start rolling out from late 2026, we will see!
 
All I hope is that we have been promoted in terms of bespoke opportunities with Macron. All our previous kits we are in the championship league in terms of bespoke with Macron.

Those wondering wtf. I'm going on about.

Macron seems to have tiers in terms of bespoke with it's clubs.

Those clubs who have the Premier bespoke with Macron in terms of size nearest to us are Walsall and Gillingham just look at the new 25 kits of both teams.

Quality, design, the whole lot miles better. We sell more shirts 👕 I can't see why we shouldn't be given this service as a club.

If we haven't been promoted in terms of bespoke. I'm going to be ****ed off we should dump Macron

They certainly don't give the appearance of wanting us after the stock issues the last couple of years.

I appreciate the 'going concern' issues of the club over this period, but they need to show serious improvement this year.

As stated many times, including by myself, they are a business and it looked like one of their customers was going to be wound up.

Would you risk making hundreds of items of stock for a company that was on the brink of going bang?
