Wake up at 8.30am, make breakfast (tea and bacon sandwiches normally), power up my PC ready for the game, catch up on the sports news and then open up ShrimperZone Chat and the BBC ready for the 3pm (9am Chicago time) kick-off. Do nothing else until 11am (much to my wife's annoyance) and then my Saturday starts, either extactically happy (SUFC Win) or miserable (SUFC Loss)!

I get up about 6.30 - 7.00 and make sure I'm ready for my boys when they wake up. (I do the early on Saturday so my wife can have a lie in. I get a lie in on Sunday...except I actually get up at about 6.00am to play golf!)

I give them a wash and brush their teeth, then take them downstairs. At about 7.45 I give them breakfast and then play with them until about 8.45 when I get them ready for their swimming lesson. My wife and I take them to their swimming lesson together as one of us has to get in the water (the youngest was two 2 weeks ago).

Then we come home, give them a snack and a drink and then load them into the car. I bring them down to Southend so my wife can have the rest of the day off. When I get to my parent's house I give the boys lunch and get ready for football. My dad and I leave the boys with my mum and go off to the game.

When we get back the boys are usually having supper so I get the bath ready for them. Once they've finished eating I put them in the bath, brush their teeth etc and then get them ready for bed. I then load up the car and bring them home. By the time I get home they're usually asleep so I just transfer them to their beds.

I'm planning on having a cafe breakfast followed by a hack around Garons par 3, onto The Railway and then the game

sounds idyllic

Usual Saturday morning consists of a Zone Business Breakfast with Cricko followed by a meet and greet with Zoners in the Royal Naval Club to discuss all things SUFC, football then home and an evening of crap TV with my lovely wife who has to suffer my post match mood while I keep one eye on the Zone to make sure the swearing and abuse is kept to a minimum. Match of the Day followed by the Football League and Crawley Show.

Chilling at home usually, lazy morning, nice breakfast of eggs one way or another on toast (poached usually), either straight to the ground or pop in the Shrimpers first depending on if there's a presentation (there is today btw), watch the match, pick up a takeaway on the way home then a chilled night in relaxing with my Mr Wonderful unless we're going out.
