What is your typical Saturday morning when there is a home game?

I dont do much, sometimes go for breakfast in the morning but thats it really.

I grovel to my wife so that she doesn't hold it against me for the rest of the weekend. I feed the kids, then make her breakfast in bed served alongside the prettiest of flowers I can find in next doors front lawn.

You must have a decent sized garden if you can play golf at home. Unless it's one of those Tiger Woods putting champion toys where it ends up wrapped around your head.

Usually working, nip home pick up my son and the Missus, drive to the in-laws, Missus then drops me, my son and Father in law off at the Hall, watch us get three points (sometimes) then missus picks us up and Dad in law buys a takeaway on the way home, I drink most of his beer and the missus drives us home! I consider myself lucky

Get up, play with kids for an hour, then take my son to his under 8s football match, i also coach the team, quickly home for shower and lunch and then off to game from Billericay, picking up mate in Rayleigh and brother in law in Thundersley. My missus loves saturdays!!!!!

Sounds like you have it sorted down to a T.

Usually get up around mid-morning, have some breakfast, read the 'zone and watch some TV. As I live in north-west London I'll leave the flat around 12.45 and take the tube to Liverpool Street in order to catch the 13.35 train. That gets into Prittlewell at 14.30, at which point I realise I'm effing starving so go into the off-licence to buy a Dairy Milk bar and a half and some crisps to keep me going until the chippie after the game. I then arrive at the ground at around 14.40 and take my seat in the south upper, preparing myself to hear Rihanna tell me all about finding love in a hopeless place, whilst continually ducking as the players take part in the shooting practice. And then I get ready to "cheer on my team"...

I get up about 6.30 - 7.00 and make sure I'm ready for my boys when they wake up. (I do the early on Saturday so my wife can have a lie in. I get a lie in on Sunday...except I actually get up at about 6.00am to play golf!)

I give them a wash and brush their teeth, then take them downstairs. At about 7.45 I give them breakfast and then play with them until about 8.45 when I get them ready for their swimming lesson. My wife and I take them to their swimming lesson together as one of us has to get in the water (the youngest was two 2 weeks ago).

Then we come home, give them a snack and a drink and then load them into the car. I bring them down to Southend so my wife can have the rest of the day off. When I get to my parent's house I give the boys lunch and get ready for football. My dad and I leave the boys with my mum and go off to the game.

When we get back the boys are usually having supper so I get the bath ready for them. Once they've finished eating I put them in the bath, brush their teeth etc and then get them ready for bed. I then load up the car and bring them home. By the time I get home they're usually asleep so I just transfer them to their beds.

Normally have a beer in the railway then off to the game. Can anyone tell me if you can take kids in the spread? thinking of a change.

Wake up, get my hockey kit together, work out how to get to whatever corner of East Anglia the East of England Hockey Umpires Association have appointed me to. Drive for up to 2 hours, hour to hour and a half prep with my umpiring colleague before the game, umpire the game, shower, food/beer, then check Sky Sports app.
