There is room for some residential at RH but I suspect the model is similar to what was planned for FF. £20m could do a lot, including with the East Stand (perhaps new stand entirely) to incorporate the necessary hospitality etc that was planned at FF. East South and West significantly refurbished, maybe new north stand. Capacity upped also.

@Sherif is the best person to give thoughts about what you could do with £20m. But I suspect that would be a very healthy budget.

A sustainable L1 club with such facilities would see a very tidy return financially for example or attract significant new investment?
New East Stand + Safe Standing in NW West Corner with new facilities?

That season was the worst.
I didn't get my first season ticket until 1998/99 and so only attended a handful of games in 97/98, but the majority of them were actually wins and/or decent games. 5-3 vs. Bournemouth, 3-2 vs. Wigan, 4-4 vs. York, 2-1 vs. Fulham and the 2-1 away win at Gills. But other than that yeah, it was awful.

Sorry, off topic.

Here is where I am.

Plus of course the OADTs will need to be done.

So yes, great news and cause for optimism hopefully coming today if everything has been squared off. Huge step if it is announced. But I am trying my best to reign in my excitement until final sign-off is announced. I don't think there will be too much scope for hiccups in Those words are banned, but as ever....it's Ron Martin. So, in terms of both an announcement today and Those words are banned, hope for the best but expect the worst.
I'm trying to maintain maximum optimism today James, but I don't have a scooby what OADTs are, which is taking the edge off my optimism level a little.

Sorry, Owners and Directors test. Fit and Proper Persons test, if you will.
