I'd just like to say a BIG WELL DONE to your fans today. You did your club proud. You were quiet in the first half but the second half singing and congo made up for it x2. Our support was extremely loud and at it's best today aswell. I fully hope you lot go back up to the championship straight away. But with the greatest respect i hope we aren't playing you in 2 seasons as we are in the prem :D

nice set of fans you lot! I don't know what you thought was our loudest section of fans. On your left was the Northam (in most's opinion the loudest section. Which is where i STAND. and to your right is the Itchen which isn't as loud. But some away fans find it a bit intimidating when we do the song "where the Northam over 'ere. "Where the Itchen over 'ere" etc...

Good luck again next season and i do hope you go up. How much do you think Eastwood would sell for? And spongebob squarepants was a joker!

Yeah you lot were very loud. Probably the loudest home fans I can remember for a league game in a while.

It was a cracking atmosphere today and a brave performance from our lads. Once Southampton's second went in it was always going to be a question of how many but by the time the third went in I don't think any of us in the away end really cared anyway.

Championship....we had a laugh.

I've been to a few games at St Mary's and that was easily the best atmosphere from the home fans I've seen there - they really made some noise all over the ground.


They couldn't have done it without us, though!!!!

Best away fans at St Marys this season by far IMO when you consider you had nothing to play for. Best of luck in league 1 next season.

great performance from both set of fans. i also thought the stewards were really good today. they just sat back and let everyone get on with it. unlike most stewards who would have gone charging in, so that was good. the great escape for like fifteen minutes was amazing. well done everyone!

Just got back! Cracking support from both sides unreal the atmosphere today. Really enjoyed the way the Southampton fans applauded us whilst we were waiting on the coaches. That was a real touch. Good luck to Southampton in the Play Off's. Totally out classed on the pitch!

For reasons which are too complex to explain I found myself in the Soton Chapel End today and I have to say I was so proud of you guys in the away supporters enclave.

You were brilliant all through- in the last 20 mins you were the abslute boll...s
the impromptu fancy dress conga drew gasps of respect from all the Soton fans around me.

The final 60 second chants to Alan Ball from both sets of fans was an absolute gem and something that you should be proud of being part of .
As the coaches left town , the Home supporters were stopping and applauding you guys

It's been a long season but get over it now.

We have a few liabilities but we've got some talent as well.

So get on with it and upwards and onwards and let the devil take the hindmost next season.

Up the Blues and what a great support -- I was proud today.
