Who is this Kinte fellow? His name is Toby! Never seen Bluebloods, but my old man has the box set of Roots so I have to go for that. As I recall, the beginning of it was really good and then it tailed off.
 
Blue blood gets my vote because blue is my favourite colour and I have never seen either.
 
Loved Roots and their Theme tune,so it gets my vote :smile:

Probably quite a lot of people were far too young when Roots was aired back in the late 70s, if they were born at all!

Sky showed it in about 1993; that's when I saw it. Surprised it's not been on again in recent years (to my knowledge)
